February 29, 2004: Paula Hook and Mary Biller accompanied Paula Rumbaugh as
she practiced with her new Avionics
Janie and Woody McIntire rented a 172 from Ocala Aviation in February for a
sight seeing trip with a neighbor. We are glad to be back in Ohio and reunited
with our Bonanza.
Paula, Amy, and Terri are enjoying their new Garmin GNC 300 XL GPS, learning how
to use it and how to fly GPS approaches. Love it!
Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order by Betty Obara, Chairman.

Rumbaugh, Betty Obara, Marjorie Anderson, and Jo-Ann Prater. Guests: Col.
Christopher A. Acker, Nicki Acker, Ray Copeland, and Norm Hoelting.
Minutes: The minutes were moved to be accepted as distributed by Marilynn
Miller, seconded by Mary Biller, and accepted
Treasurer's report: The treasurer’s report was tabled at this time.
Old Business:
Hostesses are needed for May (Dana Rogers), June (Connie Copeland), July (Jo-Ann Prater), August (Janie McIntire), and September (Myra Jamison)
Reminder to be at Bolton Field Saturday from 12 noon – 2:00 PM to welcome the pilots from Michigan.

Motion to accept slate of officers made by Myra Jamison, seconded by Betty Obara,
and so moved. Installation will occur at the May meeting after votes are
submitted.
Treasurer’s books to be audited prior to new officer induction. Myra Jamison, Paula Rumbaugh, and Deborah Suter to complete audit.

Marilynn’s sister died earlier this week. Our condolences to her and her family

By-Law Revisions / Amendments for North Central meeting: first revision unanimously accepted; second revision unanimously accepted.
Fun Places To Fly book needs revision. A wonderful fund-raising activity. Need volunteers to assist in the revision process.
