Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order by Marjorie Anderson.

Minutes of Previous Meeting: The minutes of the November meeting were approved as distributed in the newsletter.
Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer's Report stands approved as read.
Report of Standing Committees:
A. Airmarking Committee:
We are planning to paint a compass rose at the airport in Angel Fire, NM in the fall of 2007. Jo-Ann Prater will arrange for us to stay at La Casa
B. Fall 2006 Section Meeting:
The Section Meeting Committee met this month. Items discussed at this meeting:
We will use January’s meeting to get organized and complete plans for the Section Meeting.
Announcements:
Joanne Austin thanked us for the wedding card she received from the chapter.
Jo-Ann Prater thanked everyone in advance for the fuel contributions for HIS. Please write checks to the Scioto Valley 99s and Charma will write one check from the Chapter.
Unfinished Business:
Jo-Ann Prater volunteered to head up a planning session meeting for next year.
We still need a nominating committee. Elections are in April and the new term starts in June.
New Business:
Connie suggested that we no longer bring desserts to the meetings, only drinks. Connie made a motion and Jo-Ann seconded it. Motions stands – no desserts, just drinks.
We need to get the contract with the Clarion Hotel right away, and we need to get the registration form into the next Waypoint.
