Up, Up, and Away
Janet Barnard passed the IFR written exam with a 90%. Also took my first Waco airplane ride this last Saturday at Waco Field which was thrilling.
Jann & George Bowne just purchased their 1st airplane, a 1975 Cessna 182. They have flown their new 182 to visit their daughter in Danville, KY and their son and his bride in Granite City, IL (St. Louis Regional Airport).
Paula Rumbaugh took visiting librarian Edwar Delgado, from Columbia, for an airplane ride in May. He was visiting OCLC for a fellowship and had hoped to have a roller coaster ride while in Ohio. Paula provided the next best thing!
